All ceremonies over 10 guests require a 50% non-refundable deposit by
cash or credit card at the time of your reservation. Balance to be paid
2 weeks before your wedding. If your balance is more than 3 days late,
we reserve the right to charge you a 15% late fee. For weddings with less
than 2 week advance notice a 100% non-refundable deposit is required.
Ceremonies of 6-10 guests require full payment at time of
reservation and there are no refunds for cancellations.
Any cancellations of a wedding with less than a 2 week notice
will result in no refund of any monies. We will reschedule your
wedding once at no cost (wedding to be performed within 6 months from
date of original wedding) with a 2 week or longer notice. Cancellations
with a 2 week or longer notice will result in a forfeit of the deposit
only. Once you have booked a package or our photographic services, you
are responsible for paying for those services whether you use them or
not.
You are responsible for being on time and that if you are
late (30 minutes formal or garden, 15 minutes elopement chapel)
Weddings R Us LLC reserves the right to cancel your wedding without reimbursement
of any funds. If you are late and we have time to do a quick ceremony,
you will be charged a late fee of $50-100.00. If we don’t, you will
have to reschedule and pay for another ceremony. You are responsible for
all fees for photography and any other services that you reserved and
they will not be carried over to the rescheduled ceremony.
Please make sure that you and your guests have directions before the day
of your wedding. We are very busy on Saturdays and cannot be responsible
for directing you or your guests to our location.
You may add guests to your wedding party anytime, simply tell us how many
and pay the additional charge. There are NO refunds for fewer guests than
expected. IF YOU HAVE MORE GUESTS THAN YOU ORIGINALLY PAID FOR, WE WILL
NOT PERFORM YOUR CEREMONY UNTIL WE ARE PAID FOR THE ADDITIONAL GUESTS.
Time booked in our chapels includes the time for you to get your guests
parked and seated, your ceremony performed and your guests out of the
driveway. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR GUESTS SHOW UP 30 MINUTES EARLY. And
we will consider your/their arrival as the start to your time booked.
So if you show up early, we will hold you to your allotted time and you
will have to leave just as early.
We apologize, but you may congregate in the driveway after your wedding
only if you are within your booked time frame; we schedule our weddings
with just enough time between them for your ceremony and photos.
We love having your children attend our ceremonies, but they must remain
seated and be under adult supervision at all times. With the opening of
our new Garden Pavilion, it is essential that you inform all adult guests
that their children must remain in their seats.
Weddings R Us, LLC will not be held liable for any claims, losses, injuries
or damages incurred during the course of your wedding.

of Chapel Services
Please bear in mind that we schedule weddings all day long and by making
a reservation with us, you are contacting with Weddings R Us to perform
your wedding at a specified time. The time stated above is when your wedding
will be performed.
Our minister will arrive at___________ (15-20 before your scheduled time)
to fill out paperwork and speak with you briefly. We allot exactly 60
minutes for your ceremony and that includes the 15 minutes before the
ceremony, so make sure that all your guests are on time. We will start
the ceremony at the appointed time (give or take 10 minutes) and leave
within 10-15 minutes after the ceremony.
Should you be having a really large service or need us for longer than
1 hour, let us know and we will be more than happy to give you a price.
Please call us if you see that you are going to be running late or off
schedule. We will do everything in our power to rearrange our schedule
to meet your needs.
We want every wedding that we perform to be everything that you dream
of for your special day. Keeping in mind that everyone’s wedding
is special, we have had to institute some new policies that respect everyone's
right to their perfect day.
Should you be late starting your ceremony, the cutoff time for our officiant
is _________ and at that time, you will be responsible for an additional
fee (@ $250.00 an hour) to be paid before we begin your ceremony (and
that is only if we don't have another wedding scheduled after yours).
Your minister will call our office and you may use a credit or debit card
to pay the additional fee before he/she may begin. If you have booked
our photographer or videographer, you will be responsible for an additional
fee for their services also. (This only applies if they are available
in the time slot after your wedding.)
If we have a wedding scheduled immediately after yours and you are 30
minutes late, we will not have time to perform your wedding. You will
forfeit all payments made to us and have to reschedule. And that includes
our photographer and videographer’s fees.
