TERMS OF SERVICE GARDEN PAVILION

Weddings R Us is pleased to perform your wedding in our Garden Wedding Pavilion and welcomes your family and friends to our beautiful outdoor chapel. We do have a few rules that you need to be aware of:

1. The Garden Wedding Pavilion is not a playground and ALL children must remain seated at ALL times before, during and after the ceremony. CHILDREN MAY NOT RUN IN THE YARD.

Children must remain in the company of an adult at all times while in the Garden Pavilion. They must be accompanied by an adult if they need to use the restroom.

2. We are not responsible should a child swallow any of the decorative gravel. Any children brought to your wedding are the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians. Children may not sit in the gravel, toss the gravel or play in it. It is sprayed with chemicals to prevent weeds.

3. Your guests need to walk on the concrete sidewalk as we are NOT liable for falls due to anyone tripping over the steel edging. We ask that they sit only in the area where we have the chairs positioned. They may not move the chairs to other areas of the garden.

4. If your guests break our chairs, you are financially responsible for the replacement cost at $15.00 apiece. (Please advise your guests who are over 250 lbs that our chairs will not accommodate them.)

5. If you have people who will be uncomfortable sitting in the hot sun, please advise them to bring an umbrella and bottled water. We do not have room for your guests to wait inside or on our back porch.

6. ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES. Any guest caught with either will be asked to leave immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS. (No beverage other than bottled water is allowed on the premises.)

7. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the garden. Your guests may smoke in the parking lot only, and they are to use the provided cigarette disposal unit.

We have read these rules and advised our guests of them, we further understand that neither of us nor any of our guests may hold Weddings R Us, LLC and/or Rev. Vicki A Bennett D.D. responsible for any incidents/accidents/losses incurred during the course of our wedding.
